Help & File Upload Guide
How to prepare and upload your files
Thank you for your order! Please follow the steps below to upload your audio files so we can start processing your order.
Step 1 – Prepare your files correctly
For Stem-Mastering, Mixing and Dolby Atmos Mixing please make sure all Stems have the same length, starting point and when played back together sound the same as the rough mix. Please also send a rough mix. Download the Help Doc below to get an idea on a good stem structure.
Step 2 – Create a ZIP archive
Compress all your audio files into a single ZIP file before uploading. Make sure the ZIP file is also named with your name (e.g. JohnDoe_MyAlbum.zip).
Step 3 – Upload via Nextcloud
Use the upload link from your order confirmation email to upload your ZIP file to our Nextcloud or click here. Your order will be processed once we have received and verified your files. The upload is AI-safe and are stored on German servers.
