Frequently Asked Questions

How do I need to prepare my files?

Please deliver 24 bit wav files in the same sample rate you recorded or mixed in.

Leave mixbus processing like EQ and compression on but please remove any limiting and or clipping from your mixbus before exporting your mixdown. If uncertain just deliver a clean version without anything on the mixbus and a version with the processing on.

What if want something changed in the mix?

Included in the price are max. 3 revision cycles. It's totally normal to refine a mix together after the first version.

However if you want to attend the mixing session we encourage you to do so. This way you are part of the process and be part of the decision making.

Can I send you a reference track?

You can upload a reference track or provide a Spotify or Tidal playlist.

Let us also know what you in particular like about your mix and what it is lacking in your opinion.

This both lets us understand your vision of your song or album.
